# RD Station CRM as an MCP

> Let your AI agents use RD Station CRM in real time through the Nekt MCP Gateway.

RD Station CRM is a sales pipeline and customer relationship management platform. With this connector, your agent can query and update contacts, deals, products, and sales pipelines directly in your RD Station account.

| | Available |
| :- | :- |
| **Nekt Express** | Yes |
| **GCP** | Yes |
| **AWS** | Yes |

## Adding RD Station CRM as an MCP

Before you start, make sure the [MCP Server](/mcp-server/setup) is set up. See [MCPs](/mcps/overview) for how MCPs work.

1. Go to **Activate → [MCPs](https://app.nekt.ai/mcps)**, click **New MCP** and choose **RD Station CRM**.
2. **Name your MCP** and describe what it is used for. The agent reads the description to choose between MCPs of the same provider.
3. **Setup access**. To generate your connection key:

   1. Go to [RD Station Mentor](https://mcp.rdstationmentor.com/crm).
   2. Click **Conectar neste servidor** and authorize your RD Station account.
   3. Copy the value immediately following `key=` in the resulting connection URL.

   Provide the following configuration:

   * **Connection key**: The connection key generated at RD Station Mentor. (Required)
4. **Select tools**. Pick the tools your agents can use. See [Available tools](#available-tools) below.
5. Click **Save**. On Growth and Custom plans, choose who can use it; see [Access levels](/mcps/overview#access-levels).

## Example prompts

* "Create a new deal for João Silva and add a follow-up task to call him tomorrow."
* "List all deals in our main sales pipeline and sort them by the most recently updated."
* "Update the price of the Enterprise SaaS product in our catalog to 150."
* "Find the contact information for Maria and add a note to her latest deal about our meeting today."

Choose which of these tools your agents can use in **Select tools**.

## Troubleshooting

If the agent loses access or returns an invalid connection key error, your connection may have expired or the authorization was revoked. The MCP Gateway will show that it needs to reconnect. Go to **Activate → MCPs**, open your RD Station CRM connection, generate a new connection key from RD Station Mentor, and update the **Connection key** field.
