Archiving helps you keep your workspace organized by hiding inactive pipelines from your main lists, without deleting them. You can archive:
  • Sources
  • Queries
  • Notebooks
  • Destinations
Archived items get inactive and no longer appear in the default lists, but you can always find and re-activate them later.

Archive pipelines from lists

From the list pages for Sources, Queries, Notebooks, and Destinations, you can archive one or more pipelines at once:
  1. Go to the relevant list (for example, Sources or Queries).
  2. Select the pipelines you want to archive.
  3. Choose the Archive action from the bulk actions menu or row actions.
When you archive a pipeline:
  • It becomes inactive and stops running.
  • It is removed from the default active list for that resource type.
Use archiving when you deprecate a pipeline, pause a project, or clean up old experiments you might want to reuse later.

Find archived pipelines

Each module has a dedicated view for archived items. Click the Archive icon in the list page to see archived sources. Archived items keep their history and configuration, so you can review how they were set up before deciding to bring them back.

Unarchive and reactivate

You can unarchive items at any time from the archived lists:
  1. Open the archived list for Sources, Queries, Notebooks, or Destinations.
  2. Select the pipelines you want to bring back.
  3. Choose the Unarchive action.
