Tintim is a conversational sales and marketing platform. With this MCP, your AI agent can manage leads, analyze campaign performance, adjust pipeline stages, and track conversions directly from your conversational data.

Adding Tintim as an MCP

Before you start, make sure the MCP Server is set up. See MCPs for how MCPs work.
  1. Go to Activate → MCPs, click New MCP and choose Tintim.
  2. Name your MCP and describe what it is used for. The agent reads the description to choose between MCPs of the same provider.
  3. Setup access. Click the sign-in button and authorize with an account that can see the data you want the agent to use. Actions run with that account’s permissions.
    • Sign in with Tintim (Required): Sign in with a Tintim user that has access to the accounts you want to read from and manage. Actions respect that user’s Tintim permissions.
  4. Select tools. Pick the tools your agents can use. See Available tools below.
  5. Click Save. On Growth and Custom plans, choose who can use it; see Access levels.

Example prompts

  • “What is our current conversion rate and total revenue for the last 30 days?”
  • “Can you list the active leads from Meta Ads that are currently waiting for a first response?”
  • “Create a new lead for the phone number 5511999998888 and assign it to the Google source.”
  • “Move the lead with ID 1042 to the completed sale pipeline stage and record a sale amount of 250.”

Troubleshooting

If your access expires or is revoked by Tintim, the MCP will show that it needs to reconnect. You can resolve this by navigating to the MCP’s page in Nekt and signing in again to authorize the connection.
